あの日の僕をさがして

Morio Koga, an employee of a major trading company in Tokyo, returns to his hometown in Hotaka, Nagano Prefecture, after seven years to lead the "Azumino Squall Project." He reunites with his high school classmates and discovers that his first love, Michi Tanaka, is engaged to his friend, Hiroki Hayashi.

The redevelopment plan for Koga's company clashes with Hiroki's environmental protection efforts, causing a conflict between Koga's job and friendships. Despite her engagement, Michi finds herself drawn to Koga, who, in turn, attempts to break up with his girlfriend in Tokyo to be with Michi.
