Documentary about the Turkish Arzik family, who decide to return to Turkey after living in Hamburg for 18 years. Gül, their ten-year-old daughter who was born in Germany, is torn between fear and curiosity about the unknown and saying goodbye to her friend. Ali, the youngest son, has married a German woman and is the only member of the family to remain in Hamburg.
