Jim, a drunk with the ability to walk through walls, has just quit his job at the carnival so he can catch a serial killer known as The Northside Butcher. We follow Jim as he gets a job at the shit factory, binge drinks, and struggles to pay the rent on his dismal, 50-dollar-a-week room.
