Everybody Hates Communication

Chris and his friends live ordinary days inside the Federal University of Paraná's Department of Social Communication — Professor Toni's class, lunch at the University Restaurant, photography practice in the studio... Until a terrifying discovery threatens Chris's permanency at the university. A reimagining of the classic "Everybody Hates Chris," and filled with references from "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" to "Mean Girls," this short film reflects on the experiences of black people within the university in a sharp and comical way.
