Mice In Council

Old Grandpa Mouse entertains dozens of little mice with his fiddling and storytelling. The young ones are interested to hear how Grandpa won all his medals. The National Mice Council, a secret group of mouse political leaders, gets together to figure out what to do about the evil cat!
